- International orders are shipped via DHL and delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, and order volume.

Shipping Rates:
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination.
- Customers can view shipping rates during the checkout process before completing their order.

Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
- You can track the status of your order by clicking on the tracking link provided in the email or by logging into your Kanna Beast account.


 Shipping Address:
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses at the time of checkout.
- Kanna Beast is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Restrictions:
- We currently do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international freight forwarders.

Order Modifications:
- Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address or shipping method.
